About this apartment rental
Modern, newly furnished 64 m2 apartment in the Chamartín neighborhood. Located in a quiet area with a garage in the building, it's 10 minutes from the Plaza Castilla metro station, which takes you to Madrid's main tourist areas.
NOTE: Initial check-in must be before 11:00 PM.
**This accommodation can only be booked for non-tourist purposes. A temporary rental agreement must be signed before check-in, stating the purpose of the stay.
As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
- A spacious living room where you can find a rest area with a sofa, TV and a dining area.
- A small terrace with a table and two chairs.
- Room with a double bed.
- A room with a single trundle bed.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- A bathroom with shower
In addition, the entire apartment is connected with Wi-Fi, has air conditioning in all rooms and underfloor heating. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.
- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
