About this apartment rental
Nice two-story duplex with independent entrance 3 minutes from the metro. In a quiet area with easy connection to the most important points of interest in Madrid.
With everything you need so that you have a pleasant stay and can disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home.
As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces:
On the ground floor:
- A spacious living room where you can find a rest area with a sofa (sofa bed), TV and a dining area.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- A full bathroom with a bathtub.
On the upper floor:
- Room with two single beds together.
- A full bathroom with shower.
In addition, the entire apartment is connected with Wifi. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.
- Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975.
- For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years of age.
- It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival.
- Failure to provide the requested information prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
