    I reached the resort at 11:30 PM and waited in front of the gate. I called the contact number provided by the Agoda chatbot multiple times, but no one answered and there was no callback. I also honked my vehicle several times, but there was no response from the resort staff. What made the situation worse was that there is no direct calling option to reach Agoda customer care through the application. I tried chat support as well, but no one responded and I never received a call back from either Agoda or the property. In the middle of the night, I was completely stranded with my wife and our 2-year-old child, which was extremely stressful and unsafe. With no assistance or confirmation that the property was operational, I was forced to book another hotel at midnight. Due to the complete lack of response, support, and accountability, I strongly believe this booking is either gross negligence or a fraud. I will be approaching the consumer forum for a full refund of my money. I do not recommend booking this property or relying on Agoda support in such situations.

    The stay there was good, but the staff service was very poor. We had to ask for everything, even towels. We ordered dinner in the room, and the manager told us to give the complete order at once because they would not come a second time. They provided only one 1-liter water bottle for three people, and even normal drinking water was not available properly. Whenever we asked for anything, we did not receive proper responses. Otherwise, the property is well maintained. In the morning, we had to check out at 7:00 AM, but no staff was available. We kept calling for around 30 minutes, but no one answered the phone. In the end, we had to leave the key on the table and go. That was a very bad experience.
