    During my stay, I noticed a few areas where service could be improved. The hand-wash liquid soap in the room was filled with water on arrival, which required attention. The frequent electricity cuts were another challenge during the stay. With the AC not functioning and temperatures being quite high, the lack of consistent power made it uncomfortable, especially at night. There were at least 5 outages after dark, which caused quite a bit of frustration among guests. With more reliable power backup and functioning ACs, the comfort level would improve significantly. Food delivery also took longer than expected, and I had to follow up several times to receive my order. Breakfast service was particularly slow – it starts at 10:00 AM, and many guests, myself included, waited around 15 minutes to be served. This led to some frustration among guests and a few heated conversations with staff from the guest side. Overall, it felt like there were gaps in coordination and management, especially during busy times like breakfast. With better staffing and clearer processes, the experience could be much smoother for guest.

    Please dont book by Agoda as the resort was saying we hvnt revd any booking online and as payment was made full so he made it to vacation one of the room wgich was booked offline but after waiting of more than an hour.

    Good property. Only food variety is not available and food prices are slightly higher as per their quality.
