Beautiful Riad. Great Location in the heart of the hussle and bussle.
Staff were friendly. Especially Chouaib who had great hospitality, friendly and went above and beyond to help in anything we needed.

Lovely place. They gave us a room on the ground floor that was rather right. The bed was as big as the room, but the place is clean and super nice in every way !

Gorgeous riad and near everything you’d want in the Medina and very quiet. Would love to stay back again. Breakfast was also very tasty omelet and mint tea etc

We have had a wonderful stay at Riad Kaya and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakesh, walking distance to the attractions that we wanted to visit and close to the pick up points for the tours that we booked. It was amazing how quiet Riad Kaya was when so close to everything- a little oasis to retreat back to.
Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and offered a great breakfast. So glad we chose to stay here for an authentic experience rather than an out of town hotel with expensive taxi rides in to visit the old town.
