The Riad was exquisite. As soon as we entered the Riad, we were treated like royalty. The place was extremely clean, the room was beautifully decorated, luxurious linens and was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and respectful! They greeted us with tea, assisted us with luggage, helped us with booking the Spa and arranged the transfer to the airport. Breakfast was scrumptious and had lots of variety. Overall we had an amazing experience. Highly recommend it!

We have had a wonderful stay at Riad Kaya and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect for exploring Marrakesh, walking distance to the attractions that we wanted to visit and close to the pick up points for the tours that we booked. It was amazing how quiet Riad Kaya was when so close to everything- a little oasis to retreat back to.
Accommodation was very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and offered a great breakfast. So glad we chose to stay here for an authentic experience rather than an out of town hotel with expensive taxi rides in to visit the old town.
