    I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Overall, my experience was okay, but I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets and pillowcases were not changed during my stay, and the bed cover was only tidied up, not properly made. The mattress and pillows were very thin—I could feel the wooden base underneath when sleeping. Every time I woke up, my neck felt sore because of the thin pillow. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. There was still standing water when I came back to my room at night. I once asked to borrow extra hangers from the reception, but a male staff member told me it was not possible. There were only 4 hangers in the room for 4 people, which was quite surprising. On the positive side, they changed the towels daily, refilled toiletries and drinking water, took out the trash, and cleaned the living room area. The hotel also has many nice facilities such as a massage chair, a billiard table, and a very cute lobby area. For the staff, I was especially impressed by one male staff member with glasses who handled my check-in. He was very professional. Even though his English was limited, he still did his best to explain the hotel facilities, nearby places, and even offered me an iron and hairdryer before I asked. He also kindly informed me about halal food options nearby. I didn’t get his name, but he is the only male staff member with glasses. Please send my thanks to him! When I requested a late check-out for just one hour, I was told there would be an extra charge. Considering I stayed for 10 days, I think it would have been nice to offer that as a courtesy. The hotel itself is very cute and beautiful. The location is easy to find and close to the BTS. There are not many food options nearby, but there is a 7-11 about 5 minutes away. Overall, it was a good stay, but I hope the hotel can improve the room cleanliness. I also noticed that only female staff were responsible for cleaning the rooms.
