Had a wonderful time at this hotel in a Japanese style room. It was a bit small, but had its own mini fridge, A/C unit, tv set and laptop desk. The bath house tub was not functional during my stay, but they have plans for a remodel next month. The sauna was great, though.

Loved everything about this hotel. The location is just near the subway exit. Super affordable. I stayed in the main building and showers are only in the first floor. Only 3 showers but i didn’t experience any wait. Towels and robe are available too. You can just grab one before showering. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Coming from a hard bed in Tokyo my sleep in Osaka was the best!

The japanese lady at reception was rude and did not accomodate to a simple request. I had requested a cancellation right after booking, coz of date changes. That also was not done. Book only if you dont have other option.
