Come enjoy an unforgettable stay in this beautiful family home nestled in the heart of the quaint village of Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, just a few minutes’ walk from the harbor, shops, restaurants, and beaches. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends, it combines comfort, charm, and relaxation in a peaceful, tree-lined setting.
Relax in a sunny garden with a private pool, surrounded by lounge chairs for sunbathing. Next to the pool, a lovely terrace shaded by a large umbrella allows you to enjoy meals outdoors in a pleasant and welcoming setting. A second shaded area under the trees, furnished with lounge chairs, offers a cooler spot for a nap or some reading.
The house opens onto a lovely veranda that leads to a beautiful, light-filled living room with charming original flooring and full air conditioning. The living area also includes an air-conditioned TV lounge with a sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.).
On the same level, you’ll find a large, air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out bed, as well as a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, you’ll find:
• A second large, air-conditioned bedroom with plenty of storage space,
• An open-concept room with a pull-out bed and a laundry area (washing machine),
• A bathroom with a toilet.
This house is ideal for a relaxing vacation while enjoying the local life of this typical Provençal village, nestled between the sea, nature, and the good life.
