Appartement lumineux, bien situé, plutôt propre.

Taille, organisation, localisation, climatisation dans chaque pièce, réactivité du propriétaire et de la concierge.
Communs de l'immeuble vieillots et mal entretenus. Ménage de l'appartement, à l'exception des pièces d'eau et de la cuisine, qui aurait pu être mieux fait. Manque de produits de première nécessité à l'arrivée ( savon, gel douche, papier toilette, etc.) mais le problème a vite été résolu par le propriétaire et la concierge

La proximité du port et du centre ville, la taille de l’appartement avec de grandes chambres, les 2 douches et les 2 WC.

Posizione abbastanza vicina alla stazione. Arredamento curato anche nei dettagli ed elettrodomestici funzionali. Camere tutte dotate di conzionatore. L’host ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in. Servizi ottimi con tutte le comodità
Il portone si apriva cliccando un semplice pulsante e questo non ci ha dato molta sicurezza ma nonostante questo è andato tutto bene. La notte purtroppo non abbiamo proprio dormito date le urla e la musica ad alto volume dei vicini, ho comunicato al proprietario e ha risposto che avrebbe preso provvedimenti con l’amministratore quindi se questo dovesse succedere sarebbe ottimo perché migliorerebbe di molto la qualità del soggiorno che nel complesso è stata positiva.
