Guests can enjoy kayaking right from the property with kayaks provided, or head to Foothills Outdoor Adventures, less than 5 miles away to rent paddle boards, pontoon boats, and more. Skyline Marina offers boat rentals, boat storage, and food on the lake. Or bring your own boat and access the local boat launch and keep your boat at the private boat slip. Whether you're water skiing, fishing, tubing, or simply cruising Kerr Scott Lake, this is your base for lake life at its best.
Inside, the main floor welcomes you with a cozy living area featuring a gas fireplace and TV, plus a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with a unique antique-style gas stove and drink bar. Downstairs, unwind in the large family room with a plush sectional, a second gas fireplace, big-screen TV, and a ping pong table for hours of entertainment.

Clean and comfortable. Nice lake view however a little tough for elderly and handicapped people to get up and down the steps to the dock. Great location to access the park.
