Spend your afternoons exploring nearby lakes, scenic trails, and local spots, or enjoy everything the community has to offer just minutes away. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit under glowing string lights, unwind in the cozy living space, or settle in for a movie night after a full day outdoors. Every detail is designed to feel warm, elevated, and effortless.
With space for up to 8 guests, a fully equipped home, and access to resort-style amenities, The Breezy Pines blends comfort, nature, and just the right amount of adventure. COMMUNITY AMENITIES (Included with Your Stay)
As a guest at The Breezy Pines, you’ll enjoy full access to The Hideout’s private, resort-style amenities:
• 2 heated seasonal pools + 2 private lake beaches
• 9-hole golf course (small fee)
• Indoor/outdoor pickleball, tennis & basketball courts
• Shuffleboard, playgrounds & ball fields
• Recreation center, fitness center (small fee) & clubhouse
• On-site restaurant/bar, tiki bar & seasonal snack bars
• Scenic walking trails and more
Many amenities are just minutes away — and several are walkable from the house. GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire home (except locked owner’s closets) and all Hideout community amenities. Parking passes will be provided for your stay.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our friendly property manager co-host is available if you need anything during your stay, while still giving you full privacy to relax and enjoy.

• Located in a secure, gated community (The Hideout)
• A simple rental registration (guest names + ages) must be completed within 72 hours of booking
• Late submissions may result in a $100 community fee
• Community rules must be followed — violations may result in fines or removal
OCCUPANCY & PARKING
• Maximum occupancy: 9 guests
• Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway
• No street parking or additional visitors permitted
GOOD TO KNOW
• Home items (games, décor, etc.) may vary slightly
• Wildlife is common — deer, turkeys, and occasionally bears
• Please do not leave food outdoors

They where super friendly.And very nice. I had a little problem.while I was there.And they helped me through it.Nothing to do with the property.I plan on staying here again.super nice people.And once again .Thank you so much.

Breezy Pines is such a beautiful house in a lovely location. The spacious house was gorgeously decorated for a cozy Christmas vacation, and had all the amenities one would ever need. The host was so gracious and also provided us with a travel crib, highchair, etc. that we needed for our toddler, and the baby safety gates at both the top and bottom of the chairs are so appreciated as they ensured our toddler's safety. The rooms were so cozy and lovely, and it really helps to have 2 bathrooms - 1 on each floor. The kitchen was fully equiped and the host also graciously left us a hot chocolate bar, and a welcome gift, which we were very thankful for. The house also has a lovely deck, a gorgeous sunroom, and of course a grill, firepit, etc. The electric fireplace was also very much appreciated by us as it added even more to the ambience, while keeping us nice and warm. The outside view is gorgeous- especially in the snow. The restaurant run by the community's clubhouse was fantastic, as were other restaurants nearby. The house was stocked with a fantastic collection of board games, and has 3 tvs, for times when you just want to lounge in the comfortable couches and chairs. Everything was so wonderful- we didn't want to leave! The house was so inviting! Next time we will for sure plan a longer vacation at beautiful Breezy Pines! Thank you for letting us vacation here!
