Relax at the property while enjoying the great outdoors on your private deck, providing a barbeque, dining table, and outdoor fireplace, or relax down by the firepit! Inside, spread out and unwind between 3 levels of living space with all the modern comforts.
The ground level is mostly above grade and includes a bedroom, family room, and a full bath. With a pool table, air hockey, dart board, and dry bar, the family room doubles as a game room - the perfect spot to end your night!
The second level includes a living room, wood fireplace (wood included!), fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom and bath, and a half bath.
On the third floor you'll find three bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room.
The Master Bedroom, Paris Room, Green Room, Office, Family Room, and even the Master Bath each include a Smart TV with many streaming accounts included (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO, and more). Many other streaming services are available with your own accounts as well.

The Hideout is a 4-seasons community offering a ski slope and tubing hill, 5 lakes, golf course, beach, pool, recreation center, arts and crafts, private restaurants and bar, clubhouse, fitness center, playgrounds, and more, all within this private community.
Getting Around:
There is plenty to do in the Hideout, but if you would like to explore, there is year-round fun available at Kalahari and Camelback Indoor and Outdoor Water Parks and Mount Airy Casino. There are a number of ski lodges in the area, and if you drive about an hour there is fantastic discount shopping at The Crossing Outlets. For a day trip: head to New York City (2 hours drive) or Philadelphia (2.5 hours).

The Hideout requires each renter to provide us with a listing of all overnight occupants and any day guests and their ages and relationship to the primary renter. This information must be provided within 48 hours of booking (or less for last minute bookings), so that we may register you with the Hideout. The Hideout does NOT allow renters to fill out their own registration form, the owners must submit it for you. This is the reason we must collect this information and it is not used for any other purpose.
Note: We have a large indoor jacuzzi hot tub (as pictured), not an outdoor hot tub.

10% off the first week/7 nights
25% off the second consecutive week = 12.5% off your full 2-week stay
+50% off the third consecutive week = 25% off your full 3-week stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and comfortable. The kids had a lot of fun in the game room and snow tubing. We would stay there again!

Very nice house in a scenic neighborhood. Good for large gatherings with friends and family. Has a basement stocked with plenty of board games and toys for kids to stay busy and a comfortable living room/dining area for adults to sit and chat. Owner is very responsive to all inquiries and clearly maintains the property very well.

The hostess Cathleen was amazing…very responsive to questions, helpful, accommodating! The house was nice..the living space was smaller in real life than it seemed in pictures but still met our needs with no issues!! The bedrooms, bathrooms, floors were clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, though some of the utensils/ pans could be replaced. The kids enjoyed the downstairs which had a kid-sized pool table, a tv and plenty of games. We missed a tv in the general living room! The Hideout Community was nice..we utilized the ski hill for snow tubing, ate at the ski grill (which needs a larger seating area!!) and the Bistro. The community is very close to nice restaurants , drug stores, gas stations and a grocery store!We enjoyed our time away and would stay again!!

The house was not clean. There was what appeared to be a lot of animal hair on the floor and furniture. We had a toddler with us, so that was a big issue. Additionally, their were crumbs on the sofa and all the window sills were very dusty. The kitchen cabinets had sticky dust on them and their were cobwebs all around the floor corners and ceilings. I did some cleaning up prior to the arrival of my children and grandchildren, but that's not what I expected to do.
I eventually notified the owner who seemed to be surprised and she was very apologetic. She kindly refunded my cleaning fee and I appreciated the gesture. However, we still had a dirty house.
The place needs a deep cleaning and not just a run through between guests.
