Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near the mountains to enjoy the best of what SLC has to offer. Just 30 mins to skiing, 20 mins from the airport, and 10 mins to downtown. Perfect for families, groups, and memory-making getaways!

Spacious, family-friendly home in SLC with 2 kitchens, 2 expansive great rooms featuring 80” TVs and plush reclining couches. This is really 2 units in 1 and works great for families and friends that want to be close, but not too close. 😉 Enjoy your own space.

Your hosts, Jen and Brian, are Salt Lake City locals who’ve lived here their entire lives. They know all the best ski slopes, lakes, hikes, hidden gems, and local spots—and they’re happy to share tips or answer even the tiniest questions to make your stay smooth, fun, and unforgettable. Whether you’re planning an epic adventure or a chill weekend, they’ve got you covered with insider knowledge and warm hospitality.
Danny is also a Northern Utah Native and loves the outdoors. If the backcountry is your playground he has suggestions for hiking, kayaking, biking, or just sightseeing.
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. There is plenty of space outside for those kinds of activities.
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. There is plenty of space outside for those kinds of activities.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
