About this house rental
Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood near the mountains to enjoy the best of what SLC has to offer. Just 30 mins to skiing, 20 mins from the airport, and 10 mins to downtown. Perfect for families, groups, and memory-making getaways!

• Private Backyard incase the kids need some outside time.
• Washer/Dryer (Laundry Detergent is not provided)
• Deep Tubs (1 is an air bubble tub)

Spacious, family-friendly home in SLC featuring large fully stocked kitchen and dining area, 80” TV, and plush reclining couch.

Note:
The house has been separated into two different Units (upstairs and basement) separated by a door locked on both sides so neither guest can pass through. There may be times when you will be sharing the house with other guests downstairs. You will notice that the thermostat has a lockbox on it. We have had issues with guests adjusting the thermostat, which either causes the A/C to freeze up or makes the basement unbearably cold for the guests down there. If it gets too warm, let us know, and we will be happy to make the adjustments for you. Usually, the thermostat is kept between 71-72ºF.
