A wonderful place that perfectly served as a home base for us in SLC along with our dog. She LOVED the yard, which of course was our top priority. :) Great location, adorable house, we would definitely stay here again.

This house is in a great area - close to the mountains as well as nice restaurants and shops. The hot tub and yard are great. We selected this listing because it states that there are 3 beds 2 futons. The futons are actually just the couch sections pushed together. Just a clarifying point for future guests looking for more than 3 beds. The main reason I am giving a lower rating, is host communication. Upon arrival, we reached out to the host requesting additional linens and pillows for the couch/futon. We hadn't heard back after 4 hours so decided to pick up our own, which is fine, however when we returned back to the rental, someone was inside the house, delivering the linens. It was a little unnerving to return to someone inside the house with no heads-up. A few days later, someone was in the yard servicing the hottub, but again no heads-up from the host. Better communication would have been appreciated.
