Welcome to your Holladay Home — a spacious and stylish retreat tucked into the quiet foothills of Holladay, Utah. With four beautifully furnished bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and a backyard made for relaxing evenings, this home is the perfect base for extended stays near Salt Lake City’s best hospitals, ski resorts, and downtown destinations.
Inside, you'll find two floors of comfortable living. Each of the four bedrooms features a queen bed with fresh linens and inviting décor—two upstairs and two downstairs. The downstairs bedrooms are also equipped with twin trundles, offering extra space for families or groups. With 1.5 bathrooms upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs, there’s plenty of room for everyone.
Enjoy two separate living areas—one upstairs and one down—each with a Smart TV for movie nights or winding down after a day in the mountains. The open-concept kitchen and dining area make cooking and gathering easy and enjoyable.
Step outside to a private, tree-lined backyard complete with a gas grill, a covered pergola with al fresco dining, and a deck furnished for lounging under string-lit café lights.
