Overall the amazing experience just had a problem with upper light switch back door sizzling. But besides that everything was perfect.

This property had a great location - close to Clover Park and about a 1/2 hr drive to the ocean. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within a quick drive. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. The house is in need of updating and a deep clean. The floors have water damage so are pulling up at the seams and the walls need a good wash and repainting. We saw dust build up, crumbs in kitchen drawers, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a very dirty carpet in one bedroom. I do want to commend the property contact for being responsive when I contacted and complained to them about the carpet - within an hour a very nice woman from the cleaning company arrived to vacuum and left it for us to use. I very much appreciated that quick response.While we were only 2 staying here so it was fine for us others should know that there is not enough room for 6 people in the living and dining areas. There is a small couch and then 4 dining chairs (not best quality either) but no other furniture or bar stools for sitting. A family couldn’t sit and have dinner together or watch TV - not enough seating and there is no TV in the living area, just in the bedrooms. Outside was nice but the lanai needs repair. The pool was clean (though we didn’t use it). Given all of this I felt the value for the price just wasn’t there. I think the house could be so much better with just a some updating and TLC.
