THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS" - Highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you would like.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Grill, patio furniture are for your enjoyment! We do share this home with other bugs and mosquitoes for certain parts of the year. We provide a citronella candle to mitigate this but highly recommend bug spray!

Entire space , and all amenities are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home!
The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood is located directly in between I-95 and The Turnpike for easy access to both.
Other Things to Note:
- NO SMOKING inside the home. Smoking in the home will incur a $500 fine + $150 for additional cleaning + additional fines for any damages.
- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR LARGE GATHERINGS of any kind allowed inside the home or on the property. Violation of this rule will be reported to Airbnb, will incur a $1,000 fine, an automatic termination of your reservation, and you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
- Please respect the Neighbors and be mindful of your noise levels at all times. The home is in a residential area and quiet hours are in place between 10:00 PM
- 9:00 AM. Any fines related to noise will be passed onto the guest.
NO PETS of any kind allowed on the property

My family all had to come to the area for our mother’s funeral, unfortunately. We needed to find a space where we can all be together and have the privacy a hotel would not have been able to provide for us. This home worked perfectly!! It was clean and well equipped for 8 of us to stay in comfortably. The house is well maintained and looked after by the owner. Check in and out was very easy. We will definitely rent this house again and recommend it if you are staying in the area.

The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors seem friendly. House is beautiful! If you need a nice quiet place to hang around for awhile, this is it.
