The good - pool area, balcony pointing east so nice morning sun and afternoon shade, 40 minute walk in to Bucerias, similar to grocery stores.The not so good - sheets are past their best before date, kitchen poorly stocked (the cheapest toaster we have ever seen toasts on only one side and stopped working), ice cube trays leaked, we bought coffee mugs, placemats and a few kitchenimplements. Seems typical in Mexico.Too few pool loungers and different rules every day about saving them. Seemed to favour owners and/or vary with security personnel. VRBO seems to allow pictures to be many, many years old but in the end the patio and interior furnishings were acceptable but not new as shown.
