Dishwasher not installed properly so fell out when loading
No instructions or guide for using the condo and facilities e.g. can get water jugs from restaurant, how to use stove top and oven, restaurants nearby

this unit could easily be a 10/10 but it just needs some more attention to detail from the ownership. The dishwasher needs to be reinstalled and the exhaust fan is not working. It has so much potential.

The location is great. There is a beautiful walkway and path to Bucerias. It also goes in the opposite direction south approx. 2 miles.
The pool and access to the beach are great. There is a nice restaurant with great cocktail selection. Pharmacy and small convenience store are right outside property. The unit has a beautiful ocean view. Decorated nicely with a big television and large dining room table.
Three bathrooms with showers in each one.
Bedrooms are located down a hall.
The unit needs some maintenance.
Several appliances did not work. The unit is a bit worn and was not cleaned or stocked well upon our arrival. I documented and took pictures of all problems and the hosts were attentive to remedy the issues. It does need some major updating and attention.
