Great view from the screened in porch and comfortable overall property. Bathroom needs an outlet and better step in and out from each of the bedrooms.

We arrived on Wednesday (3-19) and left the following Monday (3-24). The lodgings were comfortable with superb views over Lake Dora. We were next to the entry to the Dora Canal and enjoyed watching the boating activity.

Cottage needs cleaning and possibly a check up from owner after cleaning lady cleans or before guests check in. There were small insects on window sills and in bathroom. I had to clean. The screened in porch was filthy: ashtray full of cigarette butts; table top with drink/food smears; floor filled with lizard droppings(?) and dust and door frame to outside filthy with dust and bugs. I swept the porch! Outside walls/window frames of cottage could use a cleaning. Dishes, glasses and silverware were not clean either. Washed everything before using.
