Welcome to Liberty Lane- 32A Boardwalk in Carlton Landing
The quaint and cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home is perfectly located on Lower Boardwalk in Carlton Landing and comfortably sleeps five.
You'll be greeted by a charming front porch with a relaxing swing-perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. Inside, the open concept layout features a spacious sectional, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen (air-fryer, slow cooker, coffee pods, oils and more). ideal for gathering and unwinding.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs: one with a king bed, the other with a queen and a pull-out twin trundle- perfect for families or a small group. Washer and dryer are located in the closet on the upstairs landing.
By the back porch you will find the gas grill and plenty of extras like board games, sand toys, sports balls, and even a fishing pole (license not included).
Parking & Access:
Golf cart parking and charging available in parking space. All vehicles can be parked on Park Street or Water Street.
Extras:
Guest access to pools, pickleball, and community amenities included. A welcome guide will be provided for everything you need to enjoy Carlton Landing.

Such a precious little home. The owner thought off everything you could need while staying there. Board books for the kids, child gate for the stairs, games, etc. The perfect location close to the pop-up shops and food trucks. Gorgeous porch swing to wake up early and enjoy the string lights. We had such a great time at this home.
