The building has a nice beer garden in the courtyard featuring the Asian restaurant TaiWoo, and the fashion store Glückshäuschen is located at the front facing the street.
This listing is perfect for anyone who wants to be right in the heart of the town’s bustling and lively area. Shopping, restaurants, cafes, a movie theater, and the train station—all just a few steps away. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the lake, and the Chiemsee Bike Path and other hiking and biking trails are very close by.
The apartment isn’t suitable for people seeking absolute quiet; there’s simply a certain amount of potential noise in this location.

Your temporary home is in a super central location: just 150 m from the train station and market square—ideal for exploring the region with flexibility. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find cafés, restaurants, a playground, and all the shops you need for daily necessities. And if you’re in the mood for some water: Just 1.7 km away, you’ll find the boat tour, the lake, the Prienavera water park, and the beach.
The apartment is the perfect starting point for bike rides and hikes.

Our offer is aimed at young people and the young at heart, families, as well as those who would like to go on a “workation.” We have fantastic internet. And a fan in every room. Even if you like being right in the heart of town and want to be part of the lively atmosphere there, you’ve come to the right place.
Parking: Paid parking lot directly across the street (5.50 EUR/day, 22 EUR/week).

Special features for a worry-free stay

All-inclusive price: Bedding, towels, and final cleaning are already included in the total price as a surcharge—no hidden costs. Only the visitor’s tax (adults 2 EUR/day, children up to 7 free, teens ages 7–15 1 EUR/day) is added; this goes to the municipality. An MVV transit pass for our zone and discounts are included.
Starter package: Espresso, coffee, tea, muesli, cornflakes, milk, and oat milk are waiting for you in the kitchen.
Minimum stay: 2 nights (one night also possible by arrangement)
House rules: Non-smoking apartment, no pets. No car needed—everything is within walking distance!
Key box for a stress-free arrival after 3:00 p.m.—no further arrangements needed.

For families with small children (under 3 years old)

Welcome! A travel crib and high chair are available.
Note: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator and does not have child-proof outlets or secured furniture.
Bicycles: 2 bikes can be locked in the basement storage area; bike racks are available in the courtyard.
