About this apartment rental

This bright and spacious attic apartment (2nd floor) offers plenty of room for living and relaxing. It is typically used as a private residence and is therefore rented out for only a few weeks each year. As a result, it features a fully equipped kitchen. The entire living area is furnished in a modern, high-quality style. The south-facing balcony, with a wonderful mountain view of the Chiemgau Alps (Kampenwand, Hochries, Hochplatte, etc.), invites you to linger.

However, the apartment is not suitable for children; teenagers are permitted upon request.
The living area with the pull-out couch cannot be completely darkened.

The town center of Prien am Chiemsee is 5 km away, Aschau im Chiemgau is 8 km away, and the Frasdorf highway exit is 4 km away. A small grocery store is located right next door and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes.

Sehr schöne und funktionell eingerichtet Ferienwohnung. Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bergwelt. Die Wohnung ist als Ausgangspunkt ideal geeignet für diverse Ausflüge. So z. B. eine Chiemsee Schifffahrt und vieles mehr. Den Parkplatz vor dem Haus empfanden wir auch als sehr praktisch. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und aufmerksam. Stets bemüht, dass man einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in ihrer Ferienwohnung hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöne Dachgeschosswohnung und sehr nette Eigentümer. Lage in einem sehr kleinen Dorf, welches nur 5km von Prien entfernt liegt. Leider gibt es auf diesem Weg keinen Gehweg und man muss an der sehr stark befahrenen Straße laufen.
