About this house rental

Located in Pollença, this independent 150 sqm vacation home welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find mountain views, private WiFi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a baby bed available. The recently renovated house maintains its traditional village house essence while offering modern comfort.



Step outside to your private garden and uncovered terrace. The interior patio features a traditional barbecue, while the upper terrace serves as a solarium with unobstructed mountain views and vistas of the Gola Estada natural park. A private grill is available for outdoor cooking.



Street parking is shared with other users. Events are not permitted on the property.



Your vacation home sits just 20 meters from the beach and the Gola Estada natural park, with the town center only 400 meters away. Puerto Pollensa offers guaranteed maritime activities as a popular tourist destination. Since the property borders the natural park, we recommend not leaving food outdoors to avoid attracting wildlife from the nearby natural area.
