Significant problem Witt an ingress of ans army of ants in the bathroom area of the master bedroom . These were had managed to access through a gap behind the bath tap and the patio door despite the fact this was never opened This this was disturbing and totally unacceptable. The agent land the owners response to this reporting this problem was dismissive , unsafe and insulting. The open stair cases would have benefited from stair gates

The villa is conveniently located in Puerto Pollença, with a raised position giving amazing views around the town and only a 10 minute walk from the Pine Walk. The villa was clean and comfortable, lots of space indoors and outdoors to relax and enjoy a well deserved break. The kitchen was well kitted out. We paid to have the indoor pool heated, which was definitely worth doing, as the outside pool was freezing (which was expected for April). The managing agents were very helpful, we had an early check in as the property was empty the day before we arrived. A nice welcome goody pack of essentials too!
