Welcome to this charming 270m² house in the heart of the Provençal village of Grillon, near Grignan, in the Enclave of the Popes.
This property with no overlooking neighbours offers a enclosed garden of 1000 m², a private swimming pool, a shaded terrace and a private courtyard. Ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends.
The house, on two levels, can accommodate 10 people (sheets and towels provided):

• Entrance hall with separate toilet and laundry room
• Large living room with television area
• Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room
Sleeping area:

. Bedroom 5: queen-size bed
. Shared bathroom with WC
On the upper floor:
• Mezzanine with office space
• Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing room
• Bedroom 2: queen-size bed
• Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm) and a cot
• Shared bathroom and separate WC
The house has air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms.
Outdoor spaces:
•Secure swimming pool (3.5 x 8 m), safety roller shutter with 6 sun loungers
•Shaded terrace with pergola covered in vines
•Gas plancha
•Private courtyard with parking for two vehicles
Pets are not allowed.
A holiday insurance is requested, as well as a security deposit of €1500 to be made via our French partner SWIKLY (a bank imprint with no fees or impact on your credit limit, automatically released 20 days after departure unless damage is found).
