Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Visan, 5 km from the centre of Valréas, 20 km from the centre of Nyons, in a secluded position. Private: natural state property 10'000 m2 with trees, swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Roofed, parking (for 6 cars) on the premises.
