On the first floor: a living room overlooking the large garden, an equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom for 2 people (bed of 160), a large laundry room (washing machine and dryer) with shower and double sink, ideal for returning from the beach and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom for 2 people (bed of 160) and an attic/dressing room, a second large bedroom with 2 x 2 bunk beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
The + of this house: tranquility, its large fully enclosed garden, the beach on foot.
Equipment: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric plancha, 2 large tables in the garden, 2 large parasols, crockery for 12 people, TV, games, 2 to 3 cars can park.
Bed linen provided and beds made at extra cost (80 €)
Lérat beach and its port 200 m away, Piriac 2 kms, la Turballe at 3 kms.
From Saturday 4 pm to the following Saturday 10 am and out of respect for the neighborhood parties are prohibited.
A deposit of 500 euros in cash will be requested on arrival.
