Pleasant, bright studio of 20 m² equipped, located in the city center and 10 minutes from Paris by metro.
A bakery 🥐, an Intermarché 🛒 and the metro station (M)️7 Villejuif-Louis Aragon are located at the bottom of the building.
It is possible to park on the street or in the streets near the apartment, but there is a charge.
The accommodations are equipped with a TV with Netflix, a mini billiards table, a comfortable sofa bed and a work area.

We have made sure that the stay is pleasant to live in and that you can settle in comfortably.
Upon entering, you have the living space consisting of a living room with TV and a Netflix subscription to watch your favorite series.
There is also a sofa that turns into a real comfortable bed (140/200).
At the back of the living room, you will find a table with the mini-billiard table as well as 2 stools so that you can eat with 2 people properly.
This space is very bright thanks to the large windows that let in the light.PGJyPg
At the back of the apartment On the left, you will find a bathroom/toilet equipped with a shower, a sink and also a hairdryer.
The shower/toilet are not large, because the apartment is not very big either: we are on a 20 m² studio.
At the back of the accommodations are the kitchen which is equipped with a fridge, a microwave grill, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle: all the equipment is new. You also have the necessary crockery for 2 meals for 2.
The apartment is functional and very bright, the spaces are optimized and the decoration is neat.
The apartment is accessible by car, bus and metro.
Please note that there is a charge for parking in the adjacent streets.
