Inside, the open-concept living area connects effortlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and both a formal dining table for eight and a cozy breakfast nook for four, perfect for everything from casual morning coffee to family dinners.
For entertainment, guests can delight in the custom-designed kids’ bedroom, ensuring fun for all ages. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, group getaway, or just a relaxing escape, Cape Retreat provides the ideal home base for creating unforgettable memories.

- POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
- GRILL:
We do not offer a BBQ grill for guests. If you wish for the contact of a rental company, please reach out.
- PLEASE, NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER GAME CONSOLES IN OUR PROPERTIES
