Decorating of this house was awesome. It was beautifully done and the kids loved the themed rooms. The house is large and every inch was very clean. We stay at vacation homes at least 3 times a year, and the kitchen in this one was beautiful, but not fully equipped. For example, there was no past strainer, no larger casserole dishes, this made cooking at home expensive. The bigger issue was the lack of heat in the house. Despite numerous tries, we could not get the heat to turn on, it was VERY cold outside and this was frustrating. The house, was 62 when we woke up the next day and despite contacting the property manager, it took days for them to respond, in fact we were already checked out. Instructions for the heat would have been really helpful. Overall the house was beautiful, but I would come prepared for the kitchen items you need to cook and make sure that you understand how to work the heat/AC.

The property was absolutely amazing! The pictures and description of the property are spot on.However, the check in email that was supposed to come 24 hours prior to entering the property never came despite calling and messaging the property manager numerous times. Neither us nor the VRBO staff we able to get in touch with anyone from the Property management company. On the day of checkin, my wife was able to scour the internet to find the WhatsApp account of the property management company. They finally were able to send us the door code to the property. VRBO was ready to send us a full refund as we never received check in instructions from the property manager. Even throughout our entire stay, we never received a single message from the property management company. I would be very cautious of this property management company, Florida Fun Tourism. If we hadn't found a random WhatsApp account, we would have had to cancel our entire trip. We booked this trip months in advance. There were absolutely no good options for re-booking our trip on the entire VRBO website for a party of our size. I hope the management company does a better job in the future. I won't be booking with them again! Beautiful home and property. Very clean. The clubhouse with the lazy river, water slides, and splash pad are awesome. There are attendants at the clubhouse pool who brought food and drinks. We had a great time at the clubhouse/pool area.
