***The breezeway tile project has officially begun. The 19th and 18th floors started today, 3/26/26. Moving forward, the contractors will be completing two floors at a time as the project progresses. Please note that while work is being completed on a floor, the elevator call buttons on that floor will be temporarily out of service. You will still be able to access the floor using the elevator; however, you will not be able to call the elevator from outside on that level. To use the elevator, you will need to go either one floor up or one floor down to press the call button.***
Seawind 1307 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores with amazing Gulf-front views from the 13th floor.
Condo Features:
• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom
• Vinyl plank flooring is throughout the unit
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four, and there are three barstools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed
• Second bedroom has a king-size bed
• Third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk)
• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry
• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guests are required to purchase parking passes and armbands upon arrival at Seawind: Parking passes - $50 each (limit 2), Armbands - $2 each (limit 8). Cash or check only.

The condo was very clean with an amazing ocean view. Everything operated as it should. The only small issue was that there were no extra trash bags. There was 1 bag in each can with no extras. They do let you know that they only provide starter supplies but trash bags should be something there should be more than one provided especially when staying for a week.

Beautifully decorated condo and very clean. Best stocked kitchen of any rental we have used. Needed some pillowcases for the extra pillows so we used the ones from the sheet set left for the pullout couch, bed which we did not use. We parked our vehicle on the first or second floor parking deck and kept our beach stuff in the trunk each day rather than bringing it up to the condo. We would definitely stay here again. Cute splash area for young kids, which we did not use as our kids are older. We did use the pool a little- the pool is pretty small and it’s a bit isolated from the beach so you lose the beach setting. The feel and cleanliness of this condo would bring us back- it’s definitely taken care of. Thanks for having us!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and is stocked with everything you need. Great view and great location. It is within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!
