Welcome to your fully stocked, two-story townhome in the heart of NW Modesto! Perfectly designed for traveling professionals or visitors seeking comfort and convenience, this remodeled 1,551 sq ft space blends modern farmhouse rustic charm with all the comforts of home.
Downstairs Living Area:
Fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counters, a glass tile backsplash, a gas range, and a dishwasher.
Cozy living room perfect for unwinding after a day of work or exploring.
A convenient half-bath is also located on this floor.
Upstairs Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
All three serene bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs, providing a quiet retreat.
