The Space:
Step into our oceanfront condo and be greeted by breathtaking views of the beach, ocean, and stunning sunrises! This upper-level, newly renovated unit, is easily accessible via two elevators, offers a luxurious beachfront experience. Inside, you'll find a convenient in-unit washer/dryer to cater to your family's needs. Enjoy access to the beach, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing BBQ area. We provide ample supplies of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure a comfortable stay. Reserved parking for one car is available. Our goal is to provide a premium, hassle-free family bonding experience. Should you require anything or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated parking area with additional parking available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the serene beauty of Hauula's Ocean Front location, directly on the beach! The calm waters, protected by a reef, are ideal for snorkeling. For those seeking bigger waves, nearby beaches offer exciting surfing opportunities. Just a half-block stroll across the street, you'll find a delightful array of dining options: the Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, and a Hawaiian Ice stand, alongside a convenience store offering local fare. Immerse yourself in Hawaiian culture with a visit to the Polynesian Cultural Center, less than 5 miles away, a renowned attraction with captivating shows and luaus. You'll also find Longs drugstore and two grocery stores conveniently located in the area. For wave enthusiasts, Laie Beach Park, a short five-minute drive, provides excellent body surfing conditions year-round. Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

We’ve stayed in 5 different units at Pat’s. The pool may be great but we’ve never seen it open. The exercise facility is always got construction. The condo is on the 5th floor and has a fantastic view from the lanai. The description of the condo is accurate. I did not care for the sleeping situation. We spent a lot of time looking at the view. I saw sea turtles in the surf. Having a reef in front of the condo allows for some relaxing swimming. The condo seemed to be well stocked with clean. While I wasn’t fond of the bed (I’m 76 and it’s hard to climb over my spouse to get to the restroom at night) I think this would be a perfect spot for a family and it had enough beach paraphernalia to go around. Pat’s is in a great location. Plenty of access to terrific beaches and shopping. And don’t forget, world famous Kaya’s is only a block away!
