This is Hawaii's most beautiful location right on a family friendly sandy beach. Enjoy spectacular sunrises over the ocean, large sea turtles that regularly visit the beach, whales off shore and colorful coral that make this semi-private beach a special retreat.
The Space:
Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from this stunning oceanfront condo, easily accessible via two elevators. The condo features a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your family's comfort. Guests can access the entire condo, beach, and gym. Included is reserved parking for one car. We provide essential supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper for a premium, hassle-free family experience. Relax and unwind in this beautiful space. Stay in comfort: This unit has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom!
Guest Access:
As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated stall with additional parking available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled directly on the beach in Hauula, this condominium offers immediate access to the protected waters, ideal for snorkeling. Just a half-block away, across the street, you'll find a variety of dining options, including a Shrimp Truck, Thai Food Truck, Burger Food Truck, Vietnamese Pho Food Truck, a Hawaiian Ice stand, and a convenience store with a local food counter. For cultural experiences, the Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii's top paid attraction, is less than 5 miles away. Nearby amenities include a Longs drugstore and two grocery stores. Laie Beach Park, just a 5-minute drive, provides bigger waves for body surfing. A short drive will take you to the Turtle Bay Resort, with its golf courses and restaurants, as well as the world-famous North Shore surfing beaches. During winter, witness 30 to 40-foot waves and world-class surfers along the North Shore. Explore Waimea Bay, Waimea Falls Park, and the charming town of Haleiwa with its art galleries and restaurants. Horseback riding is also available nearby, completing the picture of a perfect beachfront getaway.
Getting Around:
Guest have a private parking space not far from the elevators. There is also a bus stop just steps away that will take you around the island and directly to all of the most popular, world-famous beaches.

We sought a North or East Shore vacation spot with ocean views and booked this property. Initially concerned about its age, built in 1975, and highway-facing exterior, we discovered paradise on the other side.Our unit had 1 bedroom (which had bunk beds we didn’t use) and a main living room where where we slept. It was a large unit with plenty of space - a full kitchen, washer & dryer and a bathroom with shower. 24-hour security and a special fob for the elevators ensured our privacy.The crown jewel is the balcony, the view, and the beach below.
A large balcony with views that stretch out to sea. We spent hours each day on the beach— morning, noon, and night. It was wonderful having such easy access to this beautiful beach. We love to snorkel, but due to the waves this time of year, we’re limited on Oahu on the east and north shores to safe spots. However, Punalu’u has an offshore reef that takes the force of the waves so that smaller, safe waves reach the beach. There still were several spots with a number of beautiful fish, and we absolutely loved swimming (a safe distance) from the green sea turtles that frequent this beach.While not necessarily the “Ritz” in terms of architecture or resort amenities, this property has such a beautiful location with a beach that allows an idyllic Hawaiian vacation.

It was great. the access to the beach was great. The location was great for many things we wanted to do. I would recommend adding a few more kitchen utensils like a whisk, wooden spoon and more forks. Beds were comfortable.

The unit had nice kitchen and nice TV. The views are breathtaking as in the pictures. Please note that the unit is cooled only by 2 small portable AC units, one in livingroom (which was inadequate) and one in bedroom (which could use a bigger unit). Now the bad stuff that did not meet our expectations:
- The portable AC in the bedroom was broken when we arrived so it was too hot in the bedroom on our 1st night and did not get a good night's sleep. It was replaced the the next day with another small unit which helped a bit for the rest of our nights.
- The AC in the living room had 2 issues. 1st, this small portable AC unit can't cool the entire unit except the bedroom. This needs to be replaced with a larger unit or add another unit by the laundry area. Bathroom area gets hot especially when door closed. 2nd, in our first 3 days, the AC vent was blowing hot air back into the unit since the exhaust hose couldn't be secured and sealed. With these issues, it mad the main unit areas hot and uncomfortable.
- The folding bed in the living room was broken and we did not feel safe using it. It can't be folded back in either.
- The sheets for the folding bed had crumbs and small stains. No big deal since we didn't use it but should've been cleaned.
- Shower head was leaking so we had very little pressure on our first night. They fixed the next day. Pressure was better but still low for our taste.
- Dryer vents into the unit so it gets hot inside when using it
- Washer had mold issues
