The main house has about 1,500 square feet-3 bed 2 bath, and the cabin is studio style with 1 queen and 2 twin mattresses in the loft. It's a cozy 300 sq feet but boasts a full kitchen and bathroom. With a capacity of 10 on the property (6 in the main house 4 in the cabin) you're sure to have fun times together. If you crave fresh air, the main house has a beautiful screened-in sunroom, and then there's the massive 2000 square foot dock you can spread out on!
