The neighborhood features Rosedale Park with a disc golf course, skate area, playing fields, and tennis courts. Nearby, shaded trails in Mount Marty Park lead to the Rosedale Memorial Arch, a WWI veterans tribute. Dining along Rainbow Boulevard offers casual BBQ, taquerias, and Asian cuisine including pho and Thai curries.

The home includes a full bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms, one with a cozy queen bed, and the other with a spacious king bed and a TV for winding down at the end of the day. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement.
A sliding patio door in the kitchen opens to a walkway that leads to the fully fenced backyard. There, you'll find a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock which is perfect for enjoying outdoor time in comfort and privacy.
The backyard is shared with the neighboring unit and includes a gate on both sides of the building. If you're bringing pets, please note that both units may share the outdoor space with their animals.

Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
