About this house rental
Enjoy a stylish experience at our bright and beautiful remodeled home -We have comfortable 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 trundle bed in bonus room with 2 twin mattresses. Each room has smart HDTV, blackout curtain, Gigabit WIFI, Washer/Dryer and Garage parking included. Pet friendly with Fenced yard trees add extra privacy. Centrally located walking distance to restaurants, bars, KU Medical Center, and minutes to KC downtown/Plaza. Please msg me for any questions : )

Recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, beautiful hardwood floor, designated work area, Comfortable beds, Washer/dryer included, nicely equipped kitchen, self check in, Central AC, Fenced yard, relax with a cup of coffee at the porch ...and more, make this a perfect choice.

The entire house except the basement is used for storage only.

No party, No smoking. Please be kind to neighbors. If there is smoking in the home you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Parking must be off-street, either garage or driveway.
PETS- This property welcomes well-behaved pets and their responsible owners. Guests are responsible for picking up after their pets. Evidence of excessive pet waste or damage is subject to a fine. Please be responsible pet owners : )

*Rosedale Park- Very nice fun park to play and relax , especially if you have pets
*Joe's Kansas City BBQ- one of the most famous BBQ in KC with over 30 years history! Their Z man sandwich is really Good!
*West 39th street- over 100+ local shops and restaurants to Eat, Shop and Explore.
