Inside, you will find 3 bright and inviting bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious living area complete with a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen. Each room is equipped with its own individually adjustable air conditioner to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.

Please be aware that there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years and the designated guest must be present for the entire stay. This policy is strictly enforced and a valid driver`s license or state ID will be required.
Please note that this property is not pet-friendly. Any unauthorized pets found on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $500, and in some cases, up to $1,000.
Smoking is also strictly prohibited on the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $300 fee.
We provide our guests with a basic set of consumables, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 garbage bag for each can, and 2 extra for the kitchen. We also supply some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. Any additional supplies must be provided by the guest.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance as we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if you do need to cancel, please note that a $100 processing fee will be charged. This is due to the amount of work and lost potential bookings that result from a cancellation.

The house was perfect for what we needed. We loved the pool and patio. The house is in a nice location so we could beach hop. We drove to Fort Meyers, Barefoot Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We were fortunate to see a pod of dolphins in the chanel in the back of the house, one of the highlights of our trip!
Suggestions for the owners: I understand not wanting to provide all 'necessities' but it would be nice to have full hand soap in the bathrooms and some cleaning supplies to wipe down the table and counters after meals. There was no laundry detergent but check out requirements were to wash pool/beach towels and start sheets before leaving. Hopefully the next guests will be able to use the bottle of laundry detergent we purchased and you consider having some in the home. Those items (soap, cleaner, detergent) wouldn't be consumed by the renter in a weeks time so it would be nice if they were provided instead of requiring every renter to purchase their own.
