The property is in a great location to everything. Although, some of the property owners on the street are apparently in a battle with some owners beside the "Beach Access" and now it says Private Property, so you have to walk an additional half block over to access the beach. Still an easy walk. The kitchen had ample amenities to cook with although the silverware drawer is hard to open. The microwave threw a circuit breaker, but management quickly brought us a replacement until the plug could get fixed. The bed is a memory foam/firm mattress, which we like, but many people would think it is too hard. The TV is all streaming services, which gives you a lot of options. The 2 issues we had with the property but never addressed with management but should have were.... When you walked in the first door (which is the glassed-in back porch), it smelled bad. After witnessing the neighbor's dog pee on the trash can in the glassed porch, we realize that is where the smell comes from. When we walked into the actual duplex we stayed in, it too had a bad dog odor. Although we brought our dog with us, we are not used to a place smelling like "dog". If you are looking for luxury, this is not the property for you. But if you are looking for a good location on a budget and don't mind a dog smell, this property was fine. I want to reiterate, management was quick to respond to our microwave issue and kept continued contact, so I would assume they would have done the same if we would have said something about the dog smell.

The tv had to be serviced. I'm guessing a previous guest might have taken roku device. ??? I called that in, somebody came right away and fixed. We requested a broom, one was delivered. On the last day we were sitting on the back porch and discovered the broom closet. Sorry. The little lamp on the night srand in the west bedroom is broken and does not work. Orherwise, the accommodations were nice, comfortable and just what we needed. Thank you. 😊

Very good location between Sarasota and St Pete. Walking to the beach is the best part. The property was clean and had everything that's needed for a short stay.
