The Holmes Beach Dog Park, free Island Trolley stop, local restaurants, shops, and island attractions are all nearby, making it easy to explore without ever needing to drive.
Traveling with extended family or friends? Florida Dreams Realty also manages neighboring Gulf Winds B. When available, both homes can be rented together for larger groups while still providing privacy and comfort.

• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older.
• Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy – Dogs up to 25 lbs. welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes. Maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by Florida Dreams Realty.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM

The cottage was well located in Holmes Beach, and an easy walk/bus ride to either end of the island. It was spacious with a cozy feel, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4-stars was because the A/C was not working and the water heater was unreliable on Day-1. The A/C was fixed in 2 days, but the water heater had to be replaced after several days. To be fair, both FDR and the owner were very responsive.

Oh what an improvement two comfortable chairs would be. Hideaway couches are notorious for being uncomfortable, but two other chairs would really help.need some kind of vacuum to pick up sand.
