The perfect vacation home for a family or a group of friends? Found it! Just a one-minute walk from the ocean—perfect for stepping out of the house with your sunglasses and beach towel. Here, your kids can explore on their own, make friends with the neighborhood kids, and enjoy a playground by the ocean that’s just a 5-minute walk away, without having to cross any main roads. For kids and adults alike, there’s a wide variety of beaches, restaurants, nightclubs, ice cream shops, lounge bars, bakeries, and much more within a 1–2 km radius—all within easy reach so you can have fun without needing a car; Also, upon request, for those who love nature and sports, bicycles are available to explore the coast all the way to the lakes of Marinello at the foot of the majestic Cathedral of Tindari, which was built at the foot of the mountain overlooking the Marinello ghettos; Most of the coastline features a bike path as well as a park with equipment (installed by Wenig) for outdoor workouts
It will also be possible to rent a licensed boat (inflatable) for up to 8 people for up to 12 hours, allowing you to visit the Aeolian Islands (reachable in 1 hour) without having to stay on the islands’ crowded beaches; and personally, I’d like to recommend the Mongiove beaches area (much closer to the islands), accessible only by boat, which, in addition to the pebble beach, features cliff faces that will be very interesting for those who enjoy rock climbing.
If, on the other hand, you return to the building in question, as you can see in the photo, the beach in front of it has only one set of beach chairs for those who want them, while otherwise it’s completely free and almost never crowded, since there will only be locals there; in short, for those looking for a stress-free vacation, this is the right area for you. But I’ll remind you that just a 5-minute bike ride away, there are more places serving adult beverages, pizza around the clock, and various snacks—all accompanied by summer music. Together with the beach volleyball nets and pedal boats with slides, you’ll experience the summer vibe you’re looking for when you go out with friends.
