The villa, located near the beach, is an excellent base for exploring all the tourist and cultural sites of eastern Sicily and is ideal for families with children and seniors. Surrounded by a balcony, terrace, and private garden, the accommodation comprises a living room, a kitchenette, two hallways, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house is located in a residence surrounded by greenery, far from the urban sprawl, and has everything you need for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday. The villa is arranged on two levels. The first floor features:
- a living room with a double sofa bed,
- a bathroom with a shower and washing machine,
- a hallway,
- a well-equipped kitchenette,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- the living room leads to the attic, which features:
- a smaller bedroom with two single beds that convert to a double bed,
- a second comfortable bathroom,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a fold-out bed, and a crib if needed.
The double beds in the two main rooms have comfortable orthopedic mattresses.The first floor, where the house is accessed, is surrounded by a large balcony, which provides access to all
rooms. On the same floor, there is a terrace, a patio, and a private garden.
The bright and airy villa is surrounded by trees and enjoys excellent exposure, meaning the furnished outdoor spaces are accessible even during the hottest hours of the day. It is located in a newly built, elegant residence surrounded by the typical vegetation of the Ionian coast, including lemon trees, oleanders, mimosas, roses, and jasmine, which releases a delightful scent in late spring. Furthermore, unlike most homes in the area, it is far from the urban sprawl. The villa's amenities allow guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay immersed in greenery and reach the beach in just a few minutes. The beach, in fact, is located in front of the house, and its type of beach with small pebbles is ideal for children. The beach is easily reached in five minutes across the street and offers the option of using the free beach or the equipped beach clubs, including day passes. Another strong point of the house is its quick access to all the most important tourist destinations in eastern Sicily. The residence is also ideal for families with children and seniors.

We stayed at Camilla’s place in Fondachello for about 10 days at the end of May, as a group of six (five adults and one toddler) – and we couldn’t have wished for a better host or location.Even before we arrived, Camilla was incredibly helpful, providing us with plenty of useful information about the area, local shops, beach access, activities – and of course, where to find the best granita nearby!The house itself was spacious, clean, and offered enough room and privacy for everyone. The little garden was full of jasmine fragrance, and from the large balcony terrace we could see the smoke rising from Mount Etna – an unforgettable view.The beds were large and very comfortable, and the cozy kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals together.When we noticed that the built-in fridge wasn’t working properly, Camilla didn’t hesitate – and had a brand-new one delivered the very next day. Her warm and caring attitude really made us feel at home.The location is also fantastic: Catania, Syracuse, and Taormina are all within easy reach by car. For evening strolls or going out, nearby towns like Riposto and Giarre offer plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping options.We truly felt welcome and taken care of – Camilla’s place is a wonderful spot for anyone wanting to explore the beauty of eastern Sicily. Highly recommended!

Für alle, die das echte Sizilien kennenlernen wollen, ist es der perfekte Aufenthalt abseits von großen Hotelanlagen. Die Aussicht auf den Ätna ist atemberaubend. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und teilweise komplett neu renoviert.
Am angrenzenden Campingplatz wird deutsch gesprochen und man kann dort sehr gut essen. Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Sehr viele lohnende Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, Auto ist von Vorteil, kann aber auch vor Ort gemietet werden.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben.

De woning is rustig, je hebt geen last van andere bewoners. Mooi balkon met zicht op de Etna. Goede parkeer gelegenheid. De eigenaresse was heel vriendelijk en had veel tips. De woning is ruim genoeg maar eenvoudig ingericht. Ruimte om te barbecuen en lopend naar het strand. Het strand is wel alleen een strand zonder horeca. Goede locatie voor bezoek aan Etna en Taormina. Lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. Wil je zonder de auto er is een camping vlak blij waar je ook lekker kunt eten.

Ottimo soggiorno tra l'Etna e il mare, la spiaggia molto bella a pochissimi metri, la casa pratica e curata. L'accoglienza della proprietaria è stata superlativa, siamo arrivati molto tardi a causa di un ritardo dell'aereo e la signora Camilla ci ha attesi con mille attenzioni e consigli - grazie per tutto. Raccomando vivamente questa casa per vacanze in ogni stagione.
