Welcome to The Villa Enterprise! Our stunning location right on Memory Lake is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. With an electric heated pool and spa, as well as a large patio for entertaining or simply soaking up the sunshine, you`ll never want to leave. The electric fireplace, equipped for all your entertainment needs, adds a cozy touch to the beautiful family room and master bedroom, both with surround sound. Our spacious master bedroom and two guest rooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal and our 360 Virtual Tour allows you to preview our beautiful home before booking.
For the comfort and security of all our guests, we strictly enforce a minimum age requirement of 25 years old and the person booking must be present for the entire stay. We kindly request a valid Driver`s License or State ID at the time of booking. We do not allow pets on our property, and any unauthorized pets will result in a non-refundable fee of up to $1,000. Smoking is also strictly prohibited, with a penalty of $300.00 for any signs of smoking.
We provide our guests with a basic set of consumables, including toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen paper, detergent, and dishwasher tabs. However, we ask that you take care of any additional needs during your stay. Please note that we do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.
To ensure a stress-free experience, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. In the event of a cancellation, we charge a processing fee of $100.00 due to the time and effort involved in re-booking our property. The property is beautiful and immacuately kept. The pool and lanai are the true gems of the property. Everything you could possible need is there. The only thing we would have liked is to be a little closer to the beach. But it was beautiful and the weather was perfect. Michael was inviting and helpful.

We had three adult couples for our trip, and this house was perfect for our needs, and couldn't ask for a better location. Three king size beds, were exactly what we were looking for, and the seating area out at the pool was perfect for gathering.
Did have a couple negative experiences, as I was told that all communication prior to my arrival were sent to the wrong person. And was told that I would be charge for cleaning the grill, when we spent over an hour cleaning it, before we could even use it ourself. We did clean the two items that we called out and, we were not charged.
Overall would definitely stay here again, as the positives definteily outweigh the negatives.

We recently stayed at the house and had a great time! The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. The pool was fabulous and the kids (16, 12, 12, 10) had a fantastic time swimming every day.
We had a slight issue on arrival with the key to the front door and Michael, the property manager, was very prompt in replying to us and issue resolved.
My only suggestion would be to print instructions regarding the pool heater. As other have said in the reviews, the pool heater is a bit tricky to figure out.
Overall, we had a fabulous visit!
