Host very attentive

One pleasant surprise was discovering that parking was not actually included, resulting in an additional expense of nearly RM50 for our 3D2N stay. After submitting proof of payment to the host, the reimbursement was processed within minutes after check-out. It was reassuring to know that while some facilities may have required attention, the parking claim process was remarkably efficient.

Cockroaches in the room, kitchen, and toilet

Tv not working. Television tak berfungsi. Parking payable. Parking harus bayar. Master room air conditioner was hot. Aircond di bilik master panas. My first night,power supply was cut off from 12midnight till 530 am. Contact and msg host,till I check out,no answer and no words of sorry from host. Malam pertama,bekalan electric putus Dari 12 tgh malam hingga subuh -530pagi. Hubungi host tapi tiada jawapan Dan kata2 maaf sehinggalah saya check out. Saya bercuti dgn anak yg ada asthma. Yg tak boleh dlm keadaan panas. Semalaman dia bangun batuk2 sebab tak selesa. Banyak anak lipas. Lagi2 atas katil Dan bantal. Sebab tu 1 bilik saya tak gunakan. Lots of baby cockroaches. That makes me use your only one of the bedrooms.
