Het ligt dicht bij het oude centrum van Malacca, als je de zeer drukke 6 baans verkeersweg tenminste oversteekt. Bed was goed en de douche warm. Airco aanwezig.
De bewaking is erg behulpzaam.
Appartement is verouderd, douche en keuken zijn hard aan renovatie toe. Geluid van het verkeer gaat de hele dag door. Het enkele glas laat al het geluid door. Bij het zwembad veel kapotte tegels, oppassen waar je loopt. Ook hier veel achterstallig onderhoud. Geen eigenaar gezien, alleen via de berichten op booking contact.
