The Wave Residence in Malacca by Green Home

Overall was great.

Host is seemed to miss my booking - approached a day before checking on key collection instructions, followed up message sent at 12:06pm on check-in day, however, received nothing until 1:30pm and i have to call in order to obtain the information. After all, not really a big issue but it would be much appreciated that the host can be more proactive in ensuring guests have received the relevant info for their booking.

The city-view is beautiful at night, the unit was very spacious with two rooms, two toilets and a balcony to sit and enjoy the weather. The rooms were also very comfortable equipped with aircond and a fan. Kitchen facilities are great, have rice cooker, induction cooker, fridge, coffee maker and a Coway water dispenser. There is also a washing machine if want to wash the clothes which is very convenient as we don’t need to find a laundry shop. Nearby have many restaurants, convenient store so no need to worry about food etc. At night is very happening too with some cafe & drinks outlets with walking distance. Parking is very spacious and safe with guards. Overall, it’s a very nice property in the heart of Malacca with many attractions are not far away from this property making it super convenient to go around exploring.

The day we arrived, two of the toilets are not functioning due to water leak, shower head water pressure is low. However, upon informing the owner, the management is quick to arrive checking the issue. One of the dining chairs is also broken. Other than that not much issue for this property

Semua ok ,cuma booking unit tempat lain dan dapat unit lain itu yg buat tak selesa ,yg lain ok ,unit yg saya dapat itu 2 queen bed ,view cantik ,cuma toilet berbau busuk , Harap owner jaga dan jangan last minut inform jika ada emercency ,baki unit yg saya dapat ok bagus , Harap dapat datng balik ke the wave residence

Yg unhappy sebab bilik tak jadi selesa disebabkan emercency kena tukar unit ,unit yg saya booking ada masalah toilet rosak last minut kata owner,harap lain kali jangan last minut bagitahu ,yg lain semua ok tiada masala

selesa, cantik, kemas dan strategik nak kemana mana dekat.
