We only stayed one night. All communication was easy with day Safari booking. We had a pool villa, which was lovely. The dinner was great and we didn’t have breakfast there as the Safari had one included.

Lovely room, bath tub in the balcony, restaurant with a chef, attentive staff

The room was good, clean, and comfortable, and the chalets looked amazing from outside.
However, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The kitchen staff service was not very satisfactory, and the food quality was disappointing. Considering the amount paid, I do not feel the stay was worth the money. There is still a lot of room for improvement in service and food standards. The hotel has potential, but it needs to improve in several areas to provide better value for guests.
