It is a nice hotel in Pudong, 20 mins travel from and to airport. They follow the pick up time, and they will ask what time is your flight and note that you need to be drop off by that time. They are welcoming and kind to guests, they even let us borrow an adoptor.
Even though its not in the city, still its a good place to stay esp if you want quiet place, and near to airport.
